In the wallet constantly - “connection to the blockchain is interrupted”, what should I do?
What application you are using? Mobile wallet?
I use a wallet on my Windows 10 desktop
Just jumping into this conversation.
In my testing of Sphere, this seemed to correlate with either network issues or Horizen Explorer issues.
Assuming that you are running version 1.2.5-beta of Sphere, could you describe your network?
Perhaps, run speedtest.net and post your stats, including ping.
Also, are you running Light Mode or Full Mode?
Thanks for the help. I did everything, but my wallet only opens with “C:\Windows\Sphere.by.Horizen-1.2.5-beta.exe” and nothing has changed in the wallet itself, although zen has been received. I’ll figure it out further.
